    The value for the money was fantastic, and the room was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and lake, and the staff treated us like family, even allowing an early check-in.

    Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

    thanks everyone for a very relaxing stay with a short walk into town. the location was great and lovely, really close to one of the many eateries from here, and both the lake and centre of town and easily accessible. what's more, it was 5 mins drive from taupo beach.

    I stayed for a night while traveling from Wellington to Auckland, and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was excellent, just a short walk to town and the stunning lake. My room was spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy patio. The pool was good, and I appreciated the allocated parking right outside my door. Christine, the host, was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze despite a minor issue with the heater.

    I strongly recommend this hotel.

    I really enjoyed the great value for my money, especially with a spacious room that had a lovely balcony and amazing views.

    Tidy venue with prime location close to the lake. Comfortable bed, big bathroom and netflix and thick blackout curtains in the room. Easy check-in, late check-out, FRIENDLY EFFICIENT staff. Clean pool, parking on site. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel. Location close to the restaurants, anywhere else in taupo and the shops.

    The room was a good retreat, featuring a hot tub, two comfortable single beds, and a spacious balcony. the two good-sized bedrooms provided ample space for relaxation, making it ideal for a getaway with friends.

    One minor downside was the lack of a coffee maker in the room, which I found slightly inconvenient for my morning routine. Nevertheless, this small issue did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

    We always choose to stay at this hotel when we're in Taupo. the property is amazing, and the staff are professional and hard-working. - the service is exceptional, and there is good parking available. - the pool is clean and well-maintained.

    The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable, gave us great tips. the rooms were all great value and brand-new with dining in both bedrooms, a hot tub in the main living area plus a coffee machine. - the service offered was excellent.
